CSM Harold E. Sampson III, a native of White Stone, Virginia, enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1999 as a Common Ground Station Operator (35H). Over his career, he has served in key leadership roles across the intelligence enterprise, including Platoon Sergeant, First Sergeant, Battalion and Brigade Command Sergeant Major, and Corps G-2 Sergeant Major. His assignments span major Army formations in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and multiple deployments in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Freedom’s Sentinel.
CSM Sampson holds an Associate’s degree in Intelligence Studies, a Bachelor’s in Communication, and a Master’s in Leadership, along with certifications including Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma.
At AI2C, CSM Sampson provides senior enlisted leadership, strategic guidance, and mentorship shaping the development of AI-enabled talent, strengthening organizational readiness, and ensuring the integration of emerging technologies across the operational force.
