AI TECHNICIAN PROGRAM

Lead the future of Army modernization as an Artificial Intelligence Technician. This immersive 36-month program combines world-class academic training with applied, project-based experience at the Artificial Intelligence Integration Center (AI2C) in Pittsburgh, PA. AI Technicians receive instruction from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) in Cloud Administration, Python programming, Data Engineering, and other industry-recognized certifications.

We are seeking high-performing Soldiers with exceptional promotion potential who possess or are eager to develop skills in cloud development and engineering, data engineering, and Python coding to deliver AI solutions at speed for Army missions. Commissioned officers, warrant officers, and noncommissioned officers who want to be at the forefront of AI-enabled capabilities are encouraged to apply and help shape the Army’s digital future.

AI SCHOLAR PROGRAM

Advance your career at the highest levels of Army innovation through the Artificial Intelligence Scholars Program. This competitive opportunity offers fully funded 22-month master’s and 36-month PhD programs for Active Component officers in high-demand fields such as data analytics, data engineering, and autonomous systems engineering.

AI Scholars develop the advanced technical expertise needed to drive AI-enabled solutions across the force. Upon graduation, selected officers will apply their skills in a follow-on utilization tour with Transformation and Training Command at the Artificial Intelligence Integration Center (AI2C), directly shaping the Army’s digital modernization efforts.

Officers with exceptional performance, strong academic potential, and a passion for leading at the cutting edge of emerging technology are encouraged to explore this program and learn more about eligibility, timelines, and degree options.
